Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client in Bardstown, KY to fill an Events Set Up Coordinator role. This temporary position focuses on setting up and taking down events, maintaining venue cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, events, catering or bar services.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) with flexible hours, including possible late nights.

Responsibilities

• Assist Event Manager with setup and breakdown of events.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors.
• Assist with seating, dining and guest experience details.
• Record ticket sales and generate event reports.
• Ensure venues are clean and well-maintained before, during and after events.
• Address issues calmly and professionally.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on park policies and safety.
