Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Texas TABC and Food Handlers licenses required.
• College degree or relevant work history acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training banquet staff.
• Ensure banquet staff clock-in/clock-out procedures.
• Schedule hourly staff for events at the venue.
• Deliver exceptional service to achieve 5-star reviews.
• Follow safe food handling guidelines.
• Develop employees through coaching during events.
• Lead food, beverage, and back-of-house operations.
• Oversee event space setup and breakdown per BEO.
• Maintain venue cleanliness before and after events.
• Assist with supplies procurement and delivery quality.
