Walters Wedding Estates in Spring Branch, TX, is seeking enthusiastic Banquet Servers to deliver exceptional service at weddings and events. You will set up banquet spaces, greet guests, serve plated and buffet meals, and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure flawless events.

Part-time weekend shifts with $20-$22/hour, plus a 401k plan with a 4% match. This role requires a Texas TABC and Food Handlers license, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
• Texas requires TABC and Food Handlers license.
• Physical: able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours.
• Background check required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs, according to event specifications on the BEO.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve food and beverages, plated and buffet, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.
• Execute closing duties, including clearing tables and storing equipment.
• Work closely with the culinary and planning team for seamless execution.
• Collaborate with fellow servers to provide efficient and attentive service.
