Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a similar banquet server role.
• Texas requires TABC and Food Handlers licenses.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand 8–12 hours.
• Background check and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs, per event specs.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Serve plated and buffet meals and beverages with high service standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized event space throughout the event.
• Execute closing duties, including clearing tables and storing equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary/planning team to ensure seamless execution.
• Work with fellow servers to provide efficient, attentive service.
