Walters Wedding Estates is seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our events team in Georgetown, Texas. You will set up banquet areas, serve plated and buffet meals, and assist guests with a high level of service during weddings and events.

Join a fast-paced team and help create memorable celebrations. This part-time role requires weekend shifts and availability for events, with 401k matching and opportunities to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• TABC certification and Food Handler license required in Texas.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Set up banquet areas according to event specifications.
• Serve plated, buffet meals and beverages, ensuring high service levels.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.
• Execute closing duties: clear tables, break down banquet areas, store equipment.
• Collaborate with culinary and planning teams for seamless execution.
• Work with fellow servers to provide efficient, attentive service.

Banquet ServerWalters Wedding EstatesWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and professional Banquet Servers to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of weddings and events by providing top-notch service to our clients and their guests. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for creating memorable experiences. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.What You’ll Do:Set up banquet areas, including moving tables and chairs, according to event specifications on the BEOGreet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.Serve food, plated and buffet, and beverages, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Respond promptly to guest requests and anticipate their needs.Maintain a clean and organized event space throughout the event.Execute closing duties, including but not limited to clearing tables, breaking down banquet areas, and storing equipment.Work closely with the culinary and planning team to ensure seamless execution.Collaborate with fellow servers to provide efficient and attentive service.Qualifications:Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities preferredEducation: Applicable Work History, TABC, and Food Handlers license required in TexasPhysical: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hoursOther:Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportationMust be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.Compensation & Schedule:Part-time work required on weekends and when events take place.401k plan with a 4% MatchLocation: Milestone GeorgetownIf you’re ready to turn dreams into reality and drive unforgettable celebrations, we’d love to hear from you!
