Job summary

JobScore, Inc. is seeking an Event Coordinator for weekend, onsite duties in the Denver area. The role focuses on welcoming guests, guiding registrations, and supporting presenters to ensure a smooth, engaging event experience for attendees.

You will follow up with prospective students, help with enrollment, and maintain attendance records using Salesforce. This part-time position requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a guest-facing, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination role.
• Naturally warm and professional presence — you make people feel welcomed and at ease.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in records and follow-through.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, event-day environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Available to work weekends.
• Reliable transportation is necessary; remote events require local regional travel, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces for preview workshops.
• Greet and check in attendees, assign seating, and set the tone for a professional, welcoming environment.
• Support presenters and ensure all participants — including online attendees — are comfortable and engaged.
• Help interested participants complete enrollment using digital or paper tools.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and distribute daily event reports in Salesforce.
• Answer questions, provide additional information, and support informed enrollment registration.
• Log all communications and tasks in Salesforce.
• Reach out to attendees who expressed interest but were unable to register at the event.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all responsibilities.
