Qualifications

• Must have Saturday through Monday evening availability and a flexible schedule.
• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of POS systems and ability to input orders accurately.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and health regulations.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an exceptional dining experience by following the Company's standard of service.
• Take and relay orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and beverages.
• Offer recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Input orders accurately into the POS system and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Set and clear tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Monitor dining area for cleanliness and appearance.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and efficient delivery.
• Communicate effectively with fellow servers and support staff.
• Promote specials and suggest upgrades to enhance the dining experience.
• Work cohesively with kitchen staff, management, and fellow staff during peak times.
