13 Coins Restaurant is seeking a friendly and service-focused Server in Seattle. You will learn the menu in depth, including wine pairings, and provide attentive, personalized service to guests.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, handling payments, and maintaining a welcoming dining room while supporting your teammates. Responsibilities also cover ensuring perfect table settings, monitoring guest satisfaction, and using the POS system efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain station in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift.
• Ensure table settings are presentable for service.
• Use Point of Sales System.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Assist all co-workers and maintain a “team player” environment.
• Perform additional responsibilities, although not as detailed, as requested by manager at any time.
