Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Missouri to provide compassionate, evidence-based telehealth care during evenings and weekends. You must be independently licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and reside in Missouri, with a minimum availability of 15 hours per week across 10 sessions.

As a W2 employee, Thriveworks handles credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing, plus paid orientation and training.

Qualifications

• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Missouri.

About The Role

We’re hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:

Compensation

Up to $25,200 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

How We Support You

We handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started. You'll build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET.
