Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in St. Louis, MO. We back clinicians with comprehensive support, a structured environment, and a commitment to high-quality patient care.

Open roles include LCSW/LMFT/LPC or licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD). Expect to see at least 25 sessions per week, with opportunities for leadership and ongoing professional development while receiving robust benefits and a stable W2 employment model.

Thriveworks is currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in St. Louis, MO.

Qualifications:

• LCSW or LMFT or LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.

Compensation:

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities
