Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions during evenings and weekends in Alaska.

Note: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with a total compensation potential of up to $27,300. Compensation includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities, varying based on session volume and licensure.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Alaska as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or as a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)

Experience & Responsibilities

• Willing to see at least 10 sessions per week
• Open to seeing couples and/or children; support provided
• Potential growth into supervisory or leadership roles
