Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in Pennsylvania.

Note: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with a total compensation up to $24,500. The compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities, varying based on session volume and licensure.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following licenses in Pennsylvania:

• LMFT, LCSW, LPC
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Experience and Requirements

• Willing to see at least 10 sessions per week
• Open to seeing couples and/or children; support provided
• Interest in growth into leadership or supervisory roles
