Weekend/Evening Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends in South Dakota.

Note: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in the state where they will practice.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position, with a total compensation up to $27,000. It includes a Flat Rate and two bonus opportunities, with ranges varying based on session volume and licensure.

Qualifications

Candidates must hold one of the following independent licenses in South Dakota:

• LPC-MH, LMFT, or CSW-PIP
• Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD)

Experience and Requirements

• Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided)
• Potential for growth into leadership or supervisory roles
