Job summary

The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to empower individuals with developmental disabilities. As a DSP, you will assist with daily living tasks, engage in social activities, and encourage personal growth.

This position offers flexible part-time schedules during weekends and one weekday, with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. Benefits include paid time off, a 401(k), and medical insurance for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proof of auto insurance is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks.
• Engage individuals in social and recreational activities.
• Transport individuals to appointments or outings.
• Document activities, incidents, and client progress.
