Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is seeking Adult Day Array - Direct Support Professionals to join our mission‑driven team. You will support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live full, empowered lives in a safe, respectful environment.

The role offers weekday and weekend schedules, paid training, benefits and opportunities for growth. A high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (fewer than 6 points).
• Proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass BCI/FBI background checks and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, person-centered support in daily living tasks
• Drive a transportation route
• Assist with personal care: ambulation, bathing, grooming, toileting, etc.
• Engage individuals in social, recreational, and community activities
• Support individuals to build independent living skills
• Prepare meals, cleaning, laundry, and household tasks
• Transport individuals safely to and from day programs and social outings
• Encourage personal growth and achievement of goals
• Accurately document activities, incidents, and client progress
• Communicate professionally with team members, families, and clients
• Participate in required paid training and team meetings

The Epilepsy Center of Northwest Ohio is hiring Adult Day Array - Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our mission driven team. You'll help individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live full, empowered, and independent lives.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
Locations: Lucas County
Available Schedules: Adult Day Array - 4 weekdays 8 AM - 4 PM and every other weekend 2nd shift OR 3rd shift Residential.

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities live their best lives:
