Renewed Horizons in Hayden, Idaho is hiring Direct Support Professionals for the day shift (7am–3pm) to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. No experience needed; paid training provided.

You’ll help with daily routines, meals, hygiene, and creating a safe, engaging environment. This full-time role offers morning hours, a stable schedule, opportunities for growth, and competitive pay at $17 per hour.

Qualifications

• No experience required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check.
• CPR/First Aid certification can be provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines including hygiene, meals, medication, and light housekeeping.
• Create a positive, safe, and engaging environment.
• Promote independence and teach life skills.
• Encourage social interaction and community participation.
• Document daily activities, progress, and behavior.
