Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Must be able to pass all background checks.
• Experience not required—we will train you!
• Starting pay is $16 per hour; pay range is $16–$17 per hour; incentives available.

Aufgaben

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation.
• Support individuals in developing and maintaining skills, including money management, household chores, self-advocacy, and communication.
• Implement goals and objectives from the individual’s plan and document progress as required.
• Monitor and promote health and well-being following safety protocols; treat individuals with dignity and respect.
• Encourage social interaction and community inclusion through meaningful activities and relationships.
• Transport individuals in a motor vehicle.
