Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and provide support in daily living, social, and recreational activities.
• Foster maximum independence by assisting individuals and implementing the individual support plan.
• Administer medications upon certification and maintain logs and records as required.
• Assist with cooking, housekeeping, and other daily tasks as needed to support independence.
• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals and document changes in condition.
