Job summary

Friendship Community Care, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to join an interdisciplinary team providing quality care in home and community settings. You will assist with personal care, meals, budgeting, transportation, and required documentation.

Requirements include High School diploma or GED, valid Arkansas driver’s license, and HIPAA/compliant record-keeping. Weekend shifts Sat/Sun 8:00 AM–10:00 PM emphasize dignity and respectful support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Must have a valid Arkansas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily personal tasks.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation per HIPAA and FCC policies.
• Report incidents and emergencies immediately.
• Follow client Plan of Care to ensure health, safety and security.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
