Job summary

Friendship Community Care is seeking a Direct Support Professional to join an interdisciplinary team in home and community settings. You will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meals, budgeting, and transportation, while documenting progress and maintaining safety.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication. You will work a Saturday-Sunday schedule every other weekend and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

• Effective communication with clients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with basic living skills and daily activities.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
• Maintain clinical and program documentation accurately and timely.
