Job summary

Friendship Community Care seeks a Direct Support Professional to work Saturday and Sunday, 5 hours flex & 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, in home and community settings. You will assist clients with daily living activities and coordinate transportation as needed, with emphasis on safety and HIPAA compliance.

You will maintain detailed documentation, support plan of care, and ensure good communication among staff; a valid Arkansas driver’s license is required and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Must have a valid Arkansas Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals).
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed.
