Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for Power Weekend shifts (24-40 hours) to support individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community. Shifts begin Friday afternoon and end Monday morning; pay is $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour during sleep shifts.

You’ll provide one-on-one support, assist with daily living skills, encourage social participation, document care and progress, and coordinate with the team for consistent, high-quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Med Cert 1.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assisting with daily living skills such as grooming, personal care, and meal preparation.
• Encouraging participation in social activities and community events.
• Documenting care, activities, and progress accurately.
• Communicating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
