Job summary

Creative Foundations is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This is the third shift/overnight, sleep shifts and weekend hours role with pay $18/hour during waking hours and $11/hour for sleep shifts.

You will document progress, assist with daily living activities, encourage independence, and coordinate with care teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and required training completed.
• At least 21 years old.
• Med Cert 1.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability and positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community.
• Assist daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care, activities and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
