Supports is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist an adult male who values independence and enjoys making daily choices. You'll provide person-centered support on weekends, with opportunities for additional fill-in shifts based on scheduling.

Responsibilities include helping with daily living skills, budgeting, and community activities, while encouraging independence and meaningful participation. A dependable, patient and respectful approach is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered support to an adult male in daily activities and community engagement.
• Assist with daily living skills, household routines, and organization.
• Support budgeting and money-management skills.
• Encourage community participation and recreational activities.
