Job summary

Alpha Supported Living Services in Washington state is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist program participants with daily living, community integration, and a safe, healthful living environment. Weekend shifts are required, and staff must act with dignity and respect while supporting independence and growth.

Responsibilities include personal care, transportation, medication monitoring, and thorough documentation of every shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or GED.
• WA Driver’s license and insured under Alpha Supported Living Services’ plan.
• Background check clearance from state agency or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Provide informal counseling and support for problem solving.
• Document shift records including medications, behavior, incidents, and finances.
• Transport clients and assist with community outings as needed.
• Monitor health needs and perform basic medical assistance as required.
