Alpha Supported Living Services in Washington state is seeking Direct Support Professionals to assist program participants with daily living, community integration, and a safe, healthful living environment. Weekend shifts are required, and staff must act with dignity and respect while supporting independence and growth.
Responsibilities include personal care, transportation, medication monitoring, and thorough documentation of every shift.

Under the supervision of the Program Supervisor, Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing support to program participants that meets their individual needs, provides opportunities for community integration, and creates a nurturing, safe, and healthful living environment. At all times, Direct Support Professionals will seek to act in accord with the principles and values expressed in the guidelines and uphold the agency mission “to serve individuals with developmental disabilities by providing accessible residential and other support services that will maximize each person’s quality of life.” Direct Support Professionals will work the shifts assigned by the Program Supervisor or the Site Supervisor.
$21.70 per hour for Snohomish County
$22.20 per hour for King County
$21.70 - $26.70 per hour for programs in Snohomish County
$22.20 - $27.20 per hour for programs in King County
Benefits for Part-Time/Full-Time Employees (30 hours or more a week) include Medical, Dental, Vision, 403(b) (non-profit version of a 401(k)) with company match, Life Insurance, Tuition Savings Program, and Tuition Reimbursement. Employees working 34 or more hours a week are eligible for PTO accrual.
As of 10-18-21, all workers in Long-Term Care are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19 per WA state mandate. Employees in this position are members of a bargaining unit represented by SEIU. Wages and benefits are currently under negotiation and may change depending upon the results of the collective bargaining process.
