Job summary

Alpha Supported Living Services in Bothell, WA seeks a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide participant-centered care, community integration, and a safe living environment. Work shifts assigned by the Program Supervisor or Site Supervisor, including weekends.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, documentation, and medical support as needed. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and a WA driver’s license with eligibility for company insurance

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Washington State Driver’s license and be able to be covered by Alpha Supported Living Services’ automobile insurance plan.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and provide informal counseling; support clients in problem-solving
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and health monitoring
• Assist participants with accessing community outings and transportation as needed
• Complete required written and digital documentation for each shift (medication records, behavior tracking, incident reports)
• Assist with medical needs (vital signs, transfers, tube feeding) and operate necessary equipment
• Provide positive behavior support to clients
