Community Services Group seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in residential or community settings. This full-time position offers a 2nd shift with weekend availability and an orientation program across multiple offices.

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Administers medication and treatment as permitted.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships where those we support live, work, or in a community setting, to promote well‑being.
• Assist adults in developing life skills such as cooking, housekeeping, money management and personal hygiene.
• Support individuals’ preferences and ensure their interests are honored.
• Help individuals gain independence by guidance, instruction and role modeling.
