Job summary

HCA is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with disabilities in Southern Tier residences. You will support daily living, personal care, medication administration, planning and facilitating activities, and help residents gain independence with dignity and safety.

No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided. Full-time/part-time schedules with weekend availability offered; sign-on bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to document and report health information accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions per plan.
• Support individuals in meals, nutrition, and hygiene.
• Transport and accompany individuals to community activities.
