Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead weekend day shift maintenance at our St. Joseph, MO facility.

You will drive reliability of production equipment and plant systems, manage a team of technicians, and advance TPM initiatives to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years of maintenance leadership, and experience with automated equipment and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with automated production equipment and facility systems; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operations to maximize equipment uptime and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance KPIs: MTTR, MTBF, and OEE; oversee preventive maintenance.
• Support TPM initiatives; ensure safety and LOTO compliance.
• Coach and develop maintenance team members; collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety.
