Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking a maintenance-focused leader to supervise a three-shift team and drive MOS objectives. You will manage maintenance uptime, budgets, and safety compliance while deploying TPM initiatives and leading continuous improvement projects across our manufacturing sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in maintenance/engineering in manufacturing, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 5 years maintenance or engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with preventative maintenance systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team and provide performance feedback to meet MOS objectives.
• Coordinate schedules and work direction for all three shifts.
• Supervise maintenance processes to deliver uptime and budget goals.
• Manage daily maintenance expenditures within budget.
• Ensure performance metrics are met and report actions to management.
• Develop and maintain TPM programs.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce costs or improve performance.
• Develop and manage testing to ensure environmental and safety compliance.
