Job summary

Clarios, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for 1st shift to manage a manufacturing maintenance team and oversee plant reliability initiatives. The role focuses on keeping equipment and facilities operating to meet production targets while controlling maintenance costs.

The candidate should have strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and experience with mechanical, PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems, plus proficiency with Maximo CMMS and Kronos timekeeping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operations.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 1+ year of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with mechanical process equipment, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair manufacturing and facility equipment to support production.
• Manage and track KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM/PdM compliance, and schedule compliance.
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team to perform the right work in the right way.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and documentation is completed for work orders.
