Job summary

Clarios is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Geneva, IL area to lead the 1st shift and oversee maintenance across multiple manufacturing areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and modify equipment to support production goals and improve reliability.

Responsibilities include overseeing work management and materials, tracking KPIs like OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance while fostering a proactive culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Engineering, Business, or Operations preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• 1+ years as maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
• 3+ years with mechanical process equipment, PLC, electrical components, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience reading drawings and schematics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 1st shift maintenance team to meet production goals.
• Maintain and improve mechanical and electrical equipment across five manufacturing areas.
• Manage and track KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM/PdM Compliance, and Schedule Compliance.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Provide leadership to drive a proactive maintenance culture and teamwork.
