Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of your team to maximize performance and ensure safety.
• Lead daily maintenance projects, preventative maintenance, and repair work.
• Schedule maintenance projects in collaboration with production and engineering departments.
• Train all members of the maintenance department in safety procedures.
• Provide coaching and development for team members.
