Job summary

LOT Management is seeking a Part-Time Day Porter to maintain cleanliness across residential, commercial, and outdoor spaces at 6941 El Camino Real, Carlsbad CA. Schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (15 hours/week) with an $18.00 per hour pay rate.

Weekly pay and safety gear are provided. The ideal candidate will have janitorial experience, strong communication, reliability, and the physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Janitorial experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Meet the physical requirements: walking, stairs, lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles.
• Perform cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning, etc.
• Clean exterior surfaces of windows and doors.
• Remove debris and soil (gum, spills, graffiti).
• Walk the property to inspect public areas for cleanliness.
• Notify supervisor of needed repairs.
• Always wear required safety equipment (gloves, goggles, vest).
