Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a part-time Day Porter to maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities. Work schedule is Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM in San Bernardino, CA.

Successful completion of a Livescan and background check is required. Responsibilities include cleaning lobby areas, vacuuming, trash removal, restroom upkeep, and reporting safety concerns to the Management Office.

• Ability to follow safety and security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up trash.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby floors daily and remove debris as needed.
