Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a Day Porter in Fontana, CA to maintain common areas of office buildings and other facilities in clean, orderly condition. The role requires availability on Saturday and Sunday for a 4-hour shift from 8:00am to 12:00pm.

Responsibilities include cleaning lobby areas, restrooms, and exterior spaces; policing lobby during high-traffic times; and assisting the building Engineer daily per Management discretion. Livescan clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Livescan completion required.

Responsibilities

• Spot clean the lobby glass doors.
• Polish chrome on lobby doors.
• Vacuum elevator cabs and wipe cab doors, walls, and tops twice a day.
• Inspect the building exterior and pick up any trash.
• Clean ashtrays and sand urns on every floor.
• Empty and clean exterior trash receptacles.
• Check restrooms twice daily.
• Vacuum lobby daily.
• Sweep stairwells and landings as needed.
• Remove all debris from landscaped areas as needed.
• Sweep building entrances.
• Clean and remove smudges and marks on walls, doors, and wall coverings.
• Report any lights out to the Management Office.
