Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is hiring a Part-Time Day Porter to keep a Granada Hills retail center clean and welcoming. Schedule: Saturdays 7:00 am – 3:30 pm and Sundays 7:00 am – 1:30 pm; location at 10823 Zeizah Ave, Granada Hills, CA 91344.

You’ll sweep, mop, dust, empty trash, clean restrooms and exterior doors, and report maintenance needs. Pay is $18.47 per hour with weekly pay; benefits include 401(k) with company match and life insurance; growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• On your feet for the shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and walk across large properties.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day.
• Pick up trash and empty receptacles.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas.
• Clean exterior doors, windows, and windowsills.
• Remove debris like stickers, gum, spills, and graffiti.
• Walk the property regularly to inspect cleanliness.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to your supervisor.
• Always use required safety equipment.
