Job summary

LOT Commercial Property Services is seeking a Weekend Day Porter to keep West Hills properties clean, welcoming, and ready for business on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

You will walk the site, pick up trash, sweep, mop, dust and wipe surfaces, clean restrooms, and report any maintenance needs to your supervisor. A friendly, reliable worker with good communication excels here.

Qualifications

• English or Spanish communication (written and verbal)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and outdoors

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and presentable throughout the day
• Sweep, mop, dust, and wipe down surfaces
• Clean restrooms and high-traffic areas
• Remove debris and litter from the property
• Walk the property to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance needs
