Job summary

U-Haul Co. of South Carolina is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Northampton location. You’ll help customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and assist with moving and hooking up trucks while keeping equipment clean and safe. Training is provided on the job.

Weekend and closing shifts are available, with 15–25 hours per week. A $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus are offered, subject to program requirements. Competitive benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices and process equipment returns; install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
