Outlets North Phoenix is seeking a Full-time Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the center's common areas, restrooms, and parking lot. Weekend availability is required to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for guests.

The role involves cleaning the food court, preserving safety, operating cleaning equipment, and assisting maintenance staff as directed by the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be available on weekends.
• Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, restrooms and parking lot to company standards.
• Adhere to OSHA health and safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all common areas of the center, including restrooms and parking lots, to cleanliness standards.
• Cleans food court area, empties trash, washes windows/doors, cleans floors and spills.
• Collects dirty food trays and redistributes them to the food court restaurants.
• Operates floor scrubber and cleaning companion machine.
