Job summary

Delaware North at Phoenix Park 'n Swap in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Cleaning Supervisor to oversee the daily cleaning operations of the facility and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests. You will lead the cleanup team, supervise tasks in selling lots, restrooms, and offices, and coordinate during weather events.

Requirements include 5+ years in maintenance and plumbing, forklift license, valid driver’s license, and weekend 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing.
Licensed to operate forklifts; a valid driver’s license required.
Ability to operate a sweeper truck; flexibility with scheduling.
Some skill with plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general repair.

Responsibilities

Supervise and direct clean–up team members during and after operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Oversee cleaning of selling lots, parking areas, bathrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are ready for daily operations and properly stocked with essentials.
Coordinate and supervise clean–up efforts during inclement weather, such as rain or monsoons, ensuring team members are properly scheduled and prepared.
Communicate with management regarding clean–up operations, potential hazards, and assist with routine maintenance projects.
Conduct employee counseling as needed, create schedules, and actively participate in hands‑on clean‑up tasks alongside the team.
