Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of offices, shops, and exterior areas under contract requirements. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with a 40-hour workweek.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and at least six months of similar experience is desired. Candidate must demonstrate reliable communication, confidentiality, and the ability to read and write English; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required in some cases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and keeps work sites, restrooms, and exterior areas in orderly condition as per contract requirements.
• Performs cleaning tasks using safe procedures and up-to-date methods.
• Complies with safety requirements and wears required PPE.
• Performs other duties to fulfill janitorial contract obligations and follows PWS guidelines.
• Adheres to Phoenix policies and collective bargaining rules.
