The position is full-time with a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM schedule, typically Monday–Friday, requiring a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least six months in a similar role. A valid driver's license and background check are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least six months of experience in a similar position is desired.
• Must have valid driver's license and be insured for agency vehicle use.
• Background check will be completed as part of the hiring process.
• Reading and writing English are highly desired.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with tact.
• Must build positive working relationships with management and peers.
• Must obtain a security clearance for the assigned work area.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and keeps work sites, restrooms, and exterior areas in orderly condition per contract and policy.
• Follows safe cleaning procedures and uses up-to-date methods.
• Complies with all safety requirements related to the job.
• Operates with required personal protective equipment as needed.
• Performs other duties as needed to fulfill contract obligations.
• All custodial tasks align with the contract Performance Work Statement.
