Job summary

SunSoft Online LLC seeks an Evening Custodian for a 1-year assignment in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time, 100% onsite role with a 5:00 PM–1:30 AM shift and $19/hr W2. Start mid-August; interview soon. Background check and drug screening required. Local candidates from Phoenix/Glendale area only.

Responsibilities include cleaning campus buildings, sweeping, mopping, restrooms, windows, trash, and setup for meetings and events. Prior custodial experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable evening availability (5 PM-1:30 AM).
• Phoenix/Glendale-area local candidates only.
• Resume shows current city.
• Background check and drug screening required (HireRight).
• W2 only.

Responsibilities

• Keep campus buildings clean and orderly.
• Sweep, mop, wax, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms.
• Wash windows, mirrors, and walls; dust and polish furniture.
• Empty trash; move furniture; prepare rooms for meetings/events.
• Assist with graffiti removal and minor upkeep.
