Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a Weekend Custodial Supervisor for the Wake County Outlying District. This part-time role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 4 PM to 10 PM, with a pay rate of $16.00 per hour.

The supervisor will lead custodial staff, perform inspections, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety across facilities in Raleigh. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of janitorial experience, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, plus a valid

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license, with 3 years of acceptable driving history.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Schedule: Saturday & Sunday, 4 PM to 10 PM.
SUMMARY: This position will perform supervisory janitorial work.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises custodial staff and ensures service levels.

Responsibilities

Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner reflecting custodial services quality.
Shall be responsible to the Building Representative for performance of custodial work.
Conduct routine inspections to ensure work is performed as specified and correct as needed.
Provide training on night shift to direct cleaning activities and safety data sheets.
