Job summary

Duke Raleigh Hospital, a campus of Duke University Health System, is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for inpatient and emergency CT work on a weekend schedule. The role includes operating CT scanners, assisting radiologists, and ensuring patient safety.

Full-time, 3rd shift (Fri-Sun) with weekend premium, eligibility for a $15,000 commitment bonus and $3,000 relocation assistance. Experienced technologists and those pursuing ARRT CT certification are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• CT technologist role requires CT certification within 18 months of employment.
• Minimum two years of CT technologist experience.
• Four years of experience in the specialty modality for promotion.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners and related equipment per radiation safety procedures.
• Position patients for CT scans and use positioning devices.
• Assist radiologists with imaging, IV placement, and contrast administration.
• Assist with interventional CT procedures.
• Evaluate CT scans for technical quality and label images.
• Schedule patients and manage clerical tasks.
