Job summary

Intermountain Health in Lafayette, CO is seeking a CT Technologist for a 36-hour weekly schedule. The role requires ARRT (CT) registration, BLS, state licensure on hire, IV competency, and 3+ years of CT experience in a hospital setting.

The position offers a $5/hour weekend differential for Saturdays and Sundays, and participates in continuing education and professional development. You will maintain imaging quality, ensure patient safety, and educate patients throughout exams.

Qualifications

• ARRT CT registration required on hire.
• BLS certification within 60 days required.
• State licensure in practice state required on hire.
• IV competency required within 90 days.
• Level II Fluoroscopy cert preferred for CO roles.
• 3+ years CT experience in hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT competency and operate CT equipment per protocol.
• Ensure proper patient identification and exam preparation.
• Perform exams and review images for quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete studies within time expectations without compromising care.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
• Coordinate care and communicate with other providers.
• Stay updated with CT tech advances through continued education.
• Instruct students and other radiology staff on protocols.
