Job summary

West Allis Medical Center Imaging Department is hiring a full-time Weekend Program CT Technologist II to operate advanced CT equipment and support weekend coverage. The role involves assisting Radiologists, managing contrast administration, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Join a collaborative team with a new CT scanner and ongoing imaging enhancements. Weekend shifts are 12 hours (6:00 AM–6:00 PM) with holiday rotation and limited weekday call.

Qualifications

• Radiographer license issued by the state (Wisconsin).
• ARRT RT registration.
• ARRT CT registration.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required within 6 months.
• Advanced training beyond high school in Radiologic Technology.

Responsibilities

• Operates CT equipment to perform basic to advanced diagnostic procedures including specialized款 procedures.
• Obtains patient history and verifies orders for exam accuracy.
• Positions patient and selects scanning parameters to ensure image quality and radiation safety.
• Performs contrast administration under Radiologist direction and assists with scanning techniques.
• Post-processes images, labels studies, and documents exam details in the RIS.
