Leisure Care LLC is hiring a Cook to join our culinary team in our senior living communities. You will prepare high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen and contribute to meaningful daily dining experiences for residents.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years cooking experience, a food-handling certification, and a proven ability to work well with a team while following dietary guidelines and safety practices. This position is part-time and on-site at our Missouri communities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a cook or kitchen team member.
• Experience in restaurants, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred.
• Food Handler Permit or ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards.
• Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and kitchen organization.
• Maintain proper food safety and sanitation practices.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient meal service.
• Follow dietary guidelines and resident food preferences when preparing meals.
